Villa Amara

Concept

Set on the calm shore of Palm Jumeirah, the villa softens the desert light with horizontal travertine volumes and rhythmic timber-louvre panels. The double-height salon opens through a full-height glass façade onto a sunken courtyard and reflecting pool; a marble fireplace, timber ceiling and natural-stone surfaces build a warm grandeur. The 1,100 m² programme balances privacy and generous hospitality in the light of the golden hour. Architecture, interiors and landscape, conceived and built as one.
