Cascade Heights

Concept

Curved travertine volumes set into a valley slope descend through cascading hanging gardens, embracing the view layer by layer. A 90,000 m² complex where housing, offices, hotel and retail meet in one fluid form; it breathes like a neighbourhood, with a circular timber entrance canopy, green terraces, water features and human-scaled courtyards. Soft curves follow the line of nature — architecture rises not against the land, but as its extension. Architecture, landscape and urban design, conceived and built as one.
