Reflecting pools set on either side of the courtyard establish a moment of balance through a diagonal stone walkway. A travertine tower meets a terraced low wing at a timber-louvred entrance; inside, walnut panelling lends a warm intimacy. At 2,000 m², a peaceful refuge in the hard light of Moscow.
